What we help with

We help small and mid-size businesses with an AI receptionist, calendar, review and referral automation, an AI website and CRM, posting, and a consulting audit. This policy covers information we collect on this website, on forms and booking pages, by phone, by text, and by email.

What we collect

We collect what you give us and what the site records as you use it:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your business name and website
• What you type into our forms, chat, or messages to us
• Booking details, such as the date and time you pick for an audit call
• Your text message and email replies to us
• Recordings or transcripts of calls with us, where a call is recorded (see "Phone calls and AI voice" below)
• Basic site usage data from Google Analytics, such as pages viewed, device type, and browser

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Reply to you
• Book and run your audit call
• Send reminders and follow up about your audit
• Provide the services you ask for
• Improve our website and our services
• Meet legal and tax duties

Phone calls and AI voice

Some calls from us, and some calls you make to us, may be handled by an AI voice assistant. There are two ways we may call you.

1. You gave us your number and agreed to calls. If you enter your number on a samjak.ai form, our booking page, or a lead form on one of our ads, and you check the box agreeing to calls and texts from SamJak AI, we may call you about your request. When you check the box, you give your electronic signature and agree that SamJak AI may call and text you at the number you gave, including automated calls and calls with an AI-generated or artificial voice, such as an AI voice assistant. If you opt in by text after seeing the same wording, the same applies. If you ask whether you are speaking with an AI, the assistant will tell you the truth.

2. You have not agreed to calls from us. If we call a number that has not agreed to automated or AI calls, the call starts with something like: "Hi, this is an AI assistant calling for SamJak AI Consulting. This call may be recorded. We offer an audit call at no charge to look at how your business handles calls and leads. Okay if I tell you more?" You can say "stop" at any time and we will not call again. If you say no, or do not answer the question, the call ends and we add your number to our do not call list.

On every call:

• You can ask for a person at any time, and we will hand the call to one or set up a call back with Sam.
• To stop calls from us, say "stop calling me" or "stop" on a call, or email support@samjak.ai with your phone number and "do not call". We will add the number to our do not call list and stop calling it. See our Communications and SMS Terms for details.
• Calls may be recorded or transcribed so we can answer you, keep notes, and check quality. We say so at the start of the call.

Text messages

If you agree to get texts from us, we use your mobile number to send them. Details, including how to stop, are in our SMS Terms.

We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile information is used only to send you the messages you asked for.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information.

We use service providers to run our business. They handle your information only to help us provide our services. They include:

• HighLevel (LeadConnector), for forms, booking, CRM, and messages
• HighLevel (LeadConnector) Voice AI and LC Phone, for AI voice calls, phone service, and call handling
• Our text message carrier and delivery partners
• Google Analytics, for basic site usage numbers
• Stripe, for payments

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as the law requires. Lead records are kept for 24 months after our last contact with you. Audit reports are kept for 36 months. Call recordings are kept for 12 months. Some records, such as tax and payment records, may be kept longer where the law requires it. When we no longer need your information, we delete it.

Your choices: see, fix, or delete your data

You can ask to see the information we have about you. You can ask us to correct it or delete it.

Email support@samjak.ai from the address you used with us. Tell us what you want. We will reply and take care of it.

You can also stop texts by replying STOP, stop calls with a do not call request, and stop emails with the unsubscribe link in any email.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar tools. Google Analytics uses them to count visits and see how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but some usage numbers may be less accurate.

Keeping information safe

We use reasonable steps to protect your information. No website, text message, or phone call is completely secure, so please do not send us passwords, card numbers, or Social Security numbers by text, chat, or on a call.

Children

Our site and services are for businesses and adults. They are not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child sent us information, email support@samjak.ai and we will delete it.

United States only

Our services are offered in the United States. This site is not meant for use outside the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Last updated: October 5, 2026.
