These terms are between you and SamJak AI Consulting. By using samjak.ai, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using this website

Use the site for lawful business purposes only. Do not try to break it, copy it in bulk, or use it to harm others. Give us true information when you fill out a form.

What we offer

We help businesses with:

• An AI receptionist
• Calendar, review, and referral automation
• An AI website and CRM
• Posting
• A consulting audit

What is on this website describes our work in general. It is not a contract or an offer for paid work.

The audit call is at no charge

The audit call is at no charge. There is no obligation. You do not have to buy anything after the call.

Paid services

If you decide to work with us, paid services are agreed separately in writing. Those written terms apply to the paid work.

Calls, texts, and email

By giving us your phone number or email and agreeing, you let us contact you about your request.

• Calls. If you check the box on a form or ad lead form, you give your electronic signature and agree that SamJak AI may call you, including automated calls and calls with an AI-generated or artificial voice, such as an AI voice assistant. If we call a number that has not agreed, the call starts by saying it is an AI and asking if it is okay to continue. If you ask whether you are speaking with an AI, the assistant will tell you the truth.
• Texts. Texts are only sent if you agree to them. See our Communications and SMS Terms.
• On every call. You can ask for a person at any time. You can ask us to stop calling, texting, or emailing at any time.
• Recording. Calls may be recorded or transcribed. We say so at the start of the call.

Consent to calls or texts is not a condition of buying anything. You can book your audit call without agreeing to calls or texts, though we may not be able to reach you by phone if you do not give a number. The full rules are in our Communications and SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

No guarantee of results

We work hard for our clients. But we cannot promise any specific result, such as more leads, more bookings, more reviews, or time saved. Results depend on many things we do not control. Information on this site is general information, not professional, legal, or financial advice.

AI tools

Some of our work uses AI tools. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for checking anything an AI tool produces for your business before you rely on it, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Intellectual property

The content on this site belongs to SamJak AI Consulting or its licensors. This includes the text, design, logos, and the name SamJak. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission. What you send us stays yours. You let us use it only to respond to you and provide our services.

Limitation of liability

We provide this website "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, SamJak AI Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from your use of the site or from the audit call. Our total liability for anything related to this website is limited to the amount you paid us for it, which for the audit call is zero. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Michigan.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top when we do. Last updated: October 5, 2026.
